The perfect dog for you, is just A Click Away!

Bristol, VT - 802-349-1795

Emily Lewis is a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant with the International Associaton of Animal Behavior Consultants and co founder of the Vermont Professional Dog Trainer's Network. She is currently serving Chittenden, Addison & Rutland Counties, VT and Essex County, NY.

Emily loves working with pet parents and their dogs to strengthen the human animal bond through positive training. Over the last 15+ years she has worked with a variety of breeds from terriers to mastiffs to mutts. She has experience with rescue dogs and the unique issues they face - and is the proud owner of three of her very own. She has also owned and trained deaf, blind, and physically impaired dogs, and this is an area close to her heart.

Emily will come to you, when it's convenient for you, for positive reinforcement based: service dog training, good manners training, obedience training, problem solving and behavior consultations.

She has experience with, and is able to help you and your pet overcome: anxiety - resource guarding - dog to dog aggression - leash reactivity - and many other behavioral issues.

Emily will never use fear or pain to train your dog. Instead, you will work together to create a relationship between you and your dog, building a life time of trust and communication. Every one of Emily's clients gets a customized training plan to make their dog training goals a reality.
